Job summary

Protocol is seeking an experienced Electrical education professional to lead the Electrical Training provision in Wolverhampton. You will head a team of tutors and assessors, shape curriculum, and drive learner success.

The role requires a strong electrical installation background, leadership experience in education, and a commitment to quality, safety standards and employer engagement. Location Wolverhampton, hours Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm, permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Electrical curriculum delivery and apprenticeship provision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with employers and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to learner outcomes and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance in training.
• Teaching and assessor qualifications or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical department and staff.
• Mentor and develop tutors, trainers and assessors.
• Drive learner achievement, retention and progression targets.
• Oversee teaching, learning and assessment quality.
• Engage with employers and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and awarding bodies.
