Job summary

Protocol in Wolverhampton is seeking an Electrician Trainer / Tutor to deliver high-quality electrical training and assess learners across domestic, commercial and industrial installation disciplines. This 50/50 role combines teaching and assessing, with a salary of £36,500–£40,000 and hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, on-site.

No prior teaching experience is required; funded training and assessor qualifications will be provided.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience within Domestic, Commercial and/or Industrial Electrical Installation
• Level 2 Diploma Electrical Installation (C&G or equivalent)
• Level 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (C&G or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2357 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (C&G)
• ECS/JIB Gold Card
• Strong technical knowledge and practical electrical skills
• Excellent communication and learner support skills
• Commitment to health and safety standards
