Job summary

J&T in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated electrical training professional to deliver and coordinate technical training across electrical disciplines. You will manage learning journeys, ensure timely progression and uphold safety standards in the workplace.

The role includes administering training, assessments, and quality assurance, while promoting a culture of continuous development and inclusivity. 50% teaching and 50% assessing, with opportunities to grow within Elec Training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering and facilitating technical and theory learning programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage HSE across learning environment.
• Proven track record of technical competence.
• Experience with Technical Operational Procedures for learners.
• Ability to manage group learning experiences or smaller interventions.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Quality delivery of all areas of technical training relating to key electrical disciplines.
• Group management and learning journey progression for electrical training groups.
• Meet performance levels for success rates and timely attainment of skills and qualifications.
• Administer electrical training, assessment and internal quality assurance on schedule.
• Lead by example for safety performance in the workplace.
• Promote Elec Training culture and develop inclusive behaviours while managing bias.
• Own CPD to cover current and future skills requirements and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
