Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own conversion testing across our Shopify DTC brands. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief QA tests and ship winners for site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting directly to the Head of Growth.

You will run 3–4+ years of CRO programs, leverage Intelligems, AfterSell and clarity analytics, and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor across all channels.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years CRO experience running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience with testing and optimization.
• Proven results lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to brief, QA and launch tests weekly andShip winners.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests every week – then call results honestly and ship the winners.
• Drive measurable lifts in conversion rate, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Manage our CRO agency and decide with the Head of Growth when work moves in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
