An established industry player is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead their digital transformation. As Head of Ecommerce, you will leverage strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to develop, lead, and motivate a high-performance team comprising Ecommerce Trade, Ecommerce Development, Website Operations, and Retail Customer Experience. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding, personalized, customer-focused experience.
You will be central to crafting and executing our global Ecommerce strategy, aligning it with our business growth plans and strategic objectives. Your initiatives will focus on delivering personalized products, enhancing on-site experiences, and building a vibrant community of loyal customers to propel our business forward.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, working three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) with the flexibility to work from home on other days, depending on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Qualifications include extensive ecommerce, development, and design experience in a consumer goods retail environment, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories, along with proven strategic and managerial capabilities, strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, and advanced skills in tools like Magento, Netsuite, Google Analytics, DataStudio, Tag Manager, and Content Square.
