Confidential, a leading beauty business, is seeking a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce to lead online growth across premium brands. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership to deliver an exceptional digital experience.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will own e-commerce performance, optimise conversion and merchandising, manage promotions, and develop the team while partnering with key online retail partners. Hybrid in Surrey.

• Developing and executing the overall e-commerce strategy

• Leading the performance of the brand's e-commerce platforms and key online retail partners
• Optimising website conversion, digital merchandising and customer experience
• Managing promotional plans, digital trading calendars and online campaigns
• Using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Establishing clear KPIs and reporting frameworks
