AllChild is seeking an Head of Donor Engagement to strengthen our ability to engage and steward high-value supporters across major donors, corporate, trusts & foundation and events income streams.

You will lead the events team, develop efficient processes, and help evolve our engagement offer in collaboration with fundraising colleagues, with potential to build a fundraising operations function as the team grows.

We are seeking an Head of Donor Engagementto join AllChild.

The Head of Donor Engagement is a multi-faceted role that will strengthen AllChild's capabilities to engage and steward high-value supporters across their major donors, corporate, trusts & foundation and event income streams, with responsibility for developing efficient processes and compelling assets to support their frontline fundraisers. The postholder will also evolve AllChild's engagement offer, working with fundraising colleagues to develop a wider range of opportunities as part of their propositions to donors and partners. You will lead their income-generating events team and have the potential to build out a fundraising operations function as the team grows.
