Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an Head of Donor Developmentto join AllChild.

The Head of Donor Development will build and grow a new portfolio of major donors, to contribute to the overall Philanthropy income of £4.5 million per annum with an initial target developed in co-production with the Director of Fundraising and Head of Philanthropy. This is a new role focused on donor acquisition – you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and securing new philanthropic supporters. You will build your own pipeline of prospects, focusing on donors with the capacity to give six-figure gifts, through research, networks and introductions from AllChild’s CEO, trustees and supporters. Over time, you will be stewarding and growing those relationships.
