Job summary

National Grid, based in Warwick, seeks a Head, DWS - Site and Systems Operations to lead the delivery and evolution of Digital Workplace Services across the organisation. You will drive a consistent, reliable workplace experience, spanning onsite support, field services and governance.

The role requires senior leadership, commercial awareness and deep knowledge of modern workplace technologies. This position offers hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Digital Workplace Services, IT operations or end-user computing.
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms).
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing vendors/partners.
• Proven ability to set strategy, govern operations and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Site and Systems Operations and develop roadmaps.
• Lead workplace operations across onsite and field support, scheduling and governance.
• Drive automation, self-service and AI to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
