Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a project management leadership role.
• Experience delivering website and app development projects.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and digital platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing delivery-improving processes.
• Strong commercial awareness delivering profitable projects.
• Experience using project planning and tracking platforms such as Jira.
• Previous people management experience with strong communication.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2, PMI or APM.

• Lead and develop the overall project management function.
• Develop reliable project plans with clear timelines, budgets and resources.
• Establish and improve project management methodologies, processes and procedures.
• Implement effective project reporting and documentation.
• Monitor project performance and maintain standards through the lifecycle.
• Plan resources across digital delivery teams with department leads.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Create delivery plans from client requirements and internal teams.
• Support sales with accurate project costing and pricing prior to delivery.
• Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks as projects evolve.
• Balance client outcomes with project profitability.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams for larger client projects.
• Coach and develop the project management team.
• Drive adoption of tools, systems and processes across the business.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
