Job summary

Brandwidth, a digital delivery agency, seeks a Head of Project Management to lead PM and Resource Management teams, guiding complex website, CMS and digital experience platform projects from discovery to launch. The role demands senior, client-facing leadership with strong Agile experience and a focus on milestones, budgets and risk mitigation.

You will work closely with CTO, CCO and department heads, mentoring teams and shaping delivery standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience delivering website, platform or digital transformation projects within a digital agency environment in a senior delivery role.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
• Experience leading project teams within a digital agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex website, CMS and digital experience platform projects from discovery through to launch.
• Lead the Project Management and Resource Management teams, providing direction, mentoring and support.
• Manage freelance and offshore resource needs, costs, onboarding and efficiency.
• Represent your teams internally, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide direction and leadership for all current projects in line with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure project rituals and documentation requirements are followed and wash-up findings acted upon.
• Own the kick-off and setup of defined new projects, ensuring they are set up for success before onboarding a Project Manager.
• Provide clear updates focusing on problem-solving and maintaining project velocity.
