Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a HOME TEXTILES HEAD OF DESIGN for premium bedding and bathroom ranges based at our Manchester head offices. The role is hands-on, leads a small design team, and works closely with senior directors to deliver on-trend, commercially viable products.

You will source fabrics globally, brief suppliers, and present CAD-driven concepts to customers. Significant travel to trade fairs and showrooms is expected as part of driving growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom products.
• Hands-on leader with ability to manage a small design team.
• Experience working with premium retailers and international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for bedding and bathroom ranges and drive product ideas.
• Collaborate with Head of Product and directors on bulk production timelines.
• Source fabrics globally and brief suppliers for samples to spec.
• Present concepts to customers and internal stakeholders with CAD visuals.
• Plan and dress trade shows and showrooms; travel globally as needed.
• Develop packaging CADs and care labels in collaboration with product team.
• Maintain critical path schedules and ensure on-time delivery of samples.
