Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates Ltd in the UK is seeking a HOME TEXTILES HEAD OF DESIGN (bedding / bathroom) for a premium textiles brand selling to UK and European retailers. The role is hands-on, leading a small team and working closely with the Head of Product and directors to drive bulk production and brand growth.

You will source fabrics overseas, present designs at trade shows, create CADs for packaging, and develop exciting bedding and bathroom collections for UK and export markets, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on leadership with experience managing a small team.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to develop packaging CADs.
• Experience with retailers and international travel.
• Educated to degree level in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small design team and collaborate with head of product and directors.
• Develop bedding and bathroom designs and CADs.
• Source fabrics globally and plan production timelines.
• Present concepts to customers and adapt designs to briefs.
• Plan and dress trade shows and showrooms.
