Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the long-term vision, strategy and operating model for Design across Haleon's commercial organisation.
• Lead the development of a Design Centre of Excellence, establishing standards, governance, methodologies, tooling and best practices.
• Shape portfolio priorities and investment decisions through customer insight, market intelligence and experience-led thinking.
• Identify future opportunities through horizon scanning, emerging technologies and evolving customer needs.
• Act as the senior Design advisor to Commercial, Marketing and Digital & Technology leadership teams.
• Align product, technology, data and commercial functions around shared experience outcomes.
