Job summary

The role collaborates with HR, business units and technology leaders to plan, govern, and invest in capability and learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of workforce planning and learning strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across HR, business units and technology.
• Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience establishing governance and ways of working across federated teams.
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term planning with pragmatic delivery.

• Analyse future capability requirements based on D&T strategy and project demand.
