• Solid understanding of the consumer healthcare market and Haleon’s place within it.
• Experience in structuring complex problems (analytical and conceptual) and developing required quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Stakeholder management, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver critical initiatives to help define and implement Haleon’s Win as One strategy across the Enterprise.
• Partner with senior leaders to mobilize major initiatives and address strategic questions.
• Structure problems, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop high-quality executive communications (Word, PowerPoint) for audiences such as the HET and Board of Directors.
