Property Head of Department

Incredibly rare opportunity to join a renowned full service practice in the heart of Chester — and at home! — who are seeking a new Head of Department for their highly regarded Property team. This successful team continues to grow on both the residential and commercial sides, driven by excellent clientele and aligned with the firm’s development plans.

As the most senior person in the team, you will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 6+ years PQE) with demonstrable managerial experience and extensive property expertise. You will lead and develop their established, ten-strong Residential and Commercial Property team, taking a proactive leadership role. Experience in Residential property is essential, with some Commercial property experience as the business expands. You will be supported by fee earners and junior team members.

The salary will be commensurate with your experience, with a guideline salary of up to £70,000.
