3. Can lead an independent, not-for-profit organisation while balancing stakeholder interests and complying with Arts Council statutory requirements.
4. Is financially savvy, innovative, and skilled in building collaborative partnerships.
5. Is a passionate advocate for the impact of music on young people's lives.
