About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead our delivery strategy and ensure the successful execution of product initiatives across designated portfolios.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the delivery of multiple product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and agile best practices.
2. Establish and optimize delivery processes, tools, and performance metrics.
3. Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Ensure consistent application of quality assurance and testing standards.
5. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Vendor teams to drive effective delivery and resolve challenges.
6. Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Delivery Managers to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
8. Champion knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice adoption within delivery teams.
9. Oversee delivery governance frameworks, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
10. Track and analyze delivery metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Extensive experience in technology delivery and senior leadership.
3. Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
4. Strong background in vendor management and outsourced delivery.
5. Skilled in managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
6. Deep understanding of agile and scaled agile frameworks.
7. Industry experience in entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing digital products.
