Head of Data Science | London (Hybrid) | Financial Services Credit | up to £140,000

Peaple Talent has partnered with one of the UK’s most recognizable financial services companies. They specialize in providing customers with credit, enhancing credit scores, and improving financial health.

Due to exciting growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Head of Data Science to lead a team of Data Scientists working on various consumer lending products.

You will lead the development of a new AI strategy, identifying impactful AI and machine learning opportunities across the business and ensuring their successful implementation.

You’ll manage a high-performing team of data scientists and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. If you’re passionate about transforming financial services through cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for:

• Several years of experience in a Data Science leadership role
• Experience in identifying and implementing AI & ML solutions across businesses
• A proven track record of developing and coaching high-performance teams
• A strong technical background, with the ability to be hands-on when needed
• Industry experience within Financial Services, specifically in Credit, Risk, or Lending institutions
