Pod is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to own our data strategy, build and lead a central data team and partner with analysts across functions to turn data into decisions that drive growth. You will set governance and standards, shape the reporting layer and deliver AI-enabled analytics, dashboards and self-serve insights for teams across operations, sales and finance, reporting to the CIO.

• Led a data/BI function and delivered measurable value across business units.
• Experience across data engineering, BI, and analytics architectures.
• Ability to translate data into business outcomes and explain complex insights.

• Lead the central Data & Analytics team and establish governance.
