Responsibilities

• Grow and evolve the data department, driving revenue & profit growth and development of capabilities.
• Set the strategic direction for the data team, and bring that vision to life through inspirational leadership and effective people management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and helping identify custom solutions on data and measurement.
• Lead the data & measurement response in new business pitches.
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture across the business to embed effectiveness throughout the campaign lifecycle.
