Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Director for Cyber Effectiveness and Insight to lead the GCIS function. You will create an evidence-based view of cyber posture, control effectiveness, and risk across the firm, and report to the Head of Cyber & Information Security.

This first-line leadership role focuses on cyber measurement, data, maturity assessment, benchmarking and risk quantification, enabling informed decisions and accelerated response by senior stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading cyber risk, control effectiveness, security data, assurance, or equivalent first-line capabilities in a complex regulated environment.
• Strong credibility translating technical control performance into business risk insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cyber Effectiveness and Insights for GCIS with an evidence-based view of cyber posture, controls, maturity and risk across Fidelity International.
• Own first-line measurement, reporting, security data and risk quantification, benchmarking and executive insight.
• Provide evidence and transparency to support accountable risk ownership, board reporting and regulatory readiness.
