Job summary

Iceberg, a global financial services organisation, is seeking a senior leader to build a clear, evidence-based view of cyber effectiveness across the organisation. You will lead the function responsible for cyber measurement and reporting, security data, control testing, maturity assessment and risk quantification.

The role focuses on turning data into board-ready insight, presenting to executives, and guiding decisions on priorities and investment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading cyber risk and control effectiveness in a complex or regulated organisation.
Ability to measure cyber effectiveness and translate control performance into business risk.
Experience across control testing, maturity assessment, cyber metrics and reporting.
Ability to integrate fragmented data into a clear view of cyber posture.
Experience presenting risk information to executives and boards.
Lead teams across data, assurance, governance and cyber risk.

Responsibilities

Lead cyber measurement and reporting function to provide evidence-based posture insights.
Turn technical security data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Oversee security data management, control testing and maturity benchmarking.
Provide cyber risk quantification and executive-level reporting to the board.
Identify where controls or investments should change and align with risk priorities.
