TXM Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of Marketing to work one-to-one with creators, build content plans, and scale social channels into a reliable traffic source for back‑end offers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you own the strategy while staying close to content, the numbers and the creators themselves.

You will lead creator strategy and content planning across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and other platforms, design funnels from content to landing pages, and set KPIs.

Qualificações

• Proven experience growing social accounts for creators, influencers or personal brands.
• Strong understanding of short‑form content, hooks, retention and platform algorithms.
• Experience turning social traffic into revenue through funnels and back‑end offers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creator strategy and content planning across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and other platforms.
• Scale each creator's channels with a focus on driving traffic to back‑end offers; design funnels and conversion points.
• Set KPIs for reach, engagement, click‑through and conversions; track results weekly.
• Lead and develop editors, content assistants and freelancers as the team grows and playbooks are built.
