Job summary

TikTok Shop UK is seeking a Creator Operations Manager in London to lead a portfolio of top-tier and mid-tier creators, driving GMV growth and content productivity through tailored operational strategies. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or content operations; LIVE experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the UK creator ecosystem, including local creators, influencer agencies, and social commerce trends.
• Proven experience in managing and growing creator portfolios with commercial results.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Creator Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier and mid-tier creators on TikTok Shop UK, driving GMV growth, creator engagement, content productivity, and long-term creator development through tailored operational strategies.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyse creator performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute initiatives across product selection, content strategy, creator campaigns, and incentives to improve content supply and e-commerce performance.
• Creator Ecosystem Development: Build a strong understanding of the UK creator ecosystem, proactively identify high-potential creators, and develop scalable playbooks and best practices to drive creator acquisition, activation, and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category, seller, product etc teams, as well as brands and influencer agencies, to deliver creator growth initiatives, facilitate brand-creator collaborations, and drive incremental GMV.
