Job summary

Melotech, a rapidly growing media tech company, seeks an Organic Growth Lead who owns creator-driven growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will identify creators, build scalable playbooks, and run rapid experiments to maximize organic reach and learn what moves culture.

You will work directly with founders, the Growth Manager, product and data teams, building the machine behind viral success while exploring new channels and formats in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience growing reach on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Proven viral campaigns or breakouts with cost awareness.
• Ability to build repeatable playbooks and run rapid experiments.
• Comfort with data and tooling, including SQL or Python.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the creator network: identify, brief and pay creators at scale.
• Seed products into the right formats and communities.
• Spot trends early and move quickly on formats.
• Run many cheap tests weekly with clear kill rules.
• Find new channels where attention is cheap and relevant.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager to scale organic with paid.
• Measure impact: reach, engagement, and cost per view.
• Develop trackers, scripts, and AI-enabled automation.
