Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Creator Marketing & Talent Manager to lead our influencer and social-first marketing approach. You will manage creator relationships, briefs, and campaigns across the UK and EU, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KPI delivery.

Experience in influencer marketing or social media is essential, with strong negotiation and budget management skills. You will collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Paid Social Manager to optimize posts and ads for TikTok Shop,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in influencer marketing or social media.
• Strong account management and client services experience.
• Comfortable using reporting software (Looker or Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own influencer marketing roster, strategy and costs across markets.
• Develop creator briefs with brand and performance teams.
• Arrange gifted product delivery and seed nano-creators.
• Manage bookings, contracts and invoicing for activations.
• Monitor influencer activity and report results to Head of Digital Marketing.
