Head of Creative Job in London


A Head of Creative job is available with a dynamic team working on a variety of projects for luxury retail brands!


This creative design practice specialises in design, visual merchandising and engineering for luxury retail projects. They are now looking for a Head of Creative to join their central London team and shape their internal design culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, client relations and design consistency while overseeing projects for globally recognised luxury retail brands.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and grow conceptual visual merchandising, store design and brand activation
  2. Guide the team throughout the creative process, elevating the company's offering and ensuring design consistency
  3. Develop and build working relationships and implement processes
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to drive efficiency
  5. Lead quarterly reviews with all direct reports, assign and evaluate objectives
  6. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements encouraging team exploration
  7. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets and client expectations are met.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior creative leadership role
  2. Visual merchandising or experiential design experience is preferred
  3. Proven experience managing complex multi-phase projects through all stages
  4. Excellent knowledge of luxury brand aesthetics
  5. Strong track record of building and nurturing client relationships
  6. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a creative team
  7. Proficiency in Adobe Suite is required, 3D rendering software is advantageous.
