Primary Purpose & Scope:

Are you a visionary leader ready to drive the future of entertainment rewards? We are looking for a Head of Creative Reward Development to take the reins of our Entertainment division. This role involves setting industry standards for innovative solutions that captivate audiences and drive commercial success. You’ll shape the future of entertainment experiences through omni-channel strategies, marketing activation, and globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish creative direction within the global Entertainment division.
  • Collaborate with Category Heads to develop brand and product strategies aligned with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Partner with the Head of Licensing to align TCC’s brand portfolio with market trends and manage creative elements in partnerships.
  • Build relationships with Creative Directors and Product Development Leads within licensors to access new creative assets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve creative excellence in visual design and storytelling, meeting commercial requirements.
  • Educate and inspire commercial teams on Entertainment Brand solutions to enhance client pitches.
  • Oversee all creative executions, ensuring alignment of sales tools and compelling campaign narratives.
  • Travel globally to stay informed about industry trends and integrate insights into TCC solutions.
  • Manage budgets, deadlines, and schedules to meet project goals and team priorities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive creative leadership experience within licensors, licensees, leading brands, or marketing agencies, with a proven track record in creative execution and product development.
  • Strong team and project leadership skills, especially in managing complex cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and develop competitive strategies, leading to successful project completion.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and lead with insights and market trends.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the retail loyalty sector, particularly loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within a licensor/licensee environment.
  • Licensing experience with major entertainment or toy licensors is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a graduate degree in design, art, advertising, marketing, or business is advantageous.

  • External: Licensors, design agencies, inventors, industry specialists.
  • Internal: Product Development and Design, Licensing Team, Regional Heads of Entertainment, Commercial Teams, Executive Committee.
