Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

Role Overview:

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
• Manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience in developing and executing fundraising plans to meet targets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
• Excellent proposal and presentation skills
• Practical experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience managing budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
