Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the corporate strategy, building impactful relationships with companies, and generating transformational income to support their mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, develop, and implement a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with a proactive approach to new business
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals, tailored support cases, and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with broader goals
• Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising plans to meet targets
• Negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
• Strong proposal and presentation skills
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
