Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is partnering with a leading UK insurance broker to appoint a Head of Corporate Claims. This senior role leads a strategic function, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to shape the claims proposition for corporate clients.

You will own the Corporate Claims strategy, head a specialist team, and act as a senior advocate on high-value, complex claims, influencing client retention and growth along with risk management collaborations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in complex corporate and commercial claims, including major losses.
• Proven track record in customer advocacy and client relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing claims teams or propositions.

We're working with a leading UK insurance broking business looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Claims to lead and develop its Corporate Claims proposition.

This is a senior leadership opportunity that goes beyond traditional claims management. The business is looking for someone who can combine technical claims expertise with commercial awareness, customer advocacy and strategic leadership.

You'll take ownership of the Corporate Claims strategy, leading a team of specialists while acting as a senior advocate on complex, high-value and contentious claims.

Working closely with Corporate Broking, Placement and Risk Management teams, you'll ensure claims expertise plays a central role in customer retention, renewal strategies and new business opportunities.

Broker-side experience would be advantageous, although senior professionals from insurers will also be considered.

This is an opportunity to shape a strategically important function within a major UK broking business, with genuine influence over its direction, people and customer proposition.
