Job summary

IDEX Consulting in Leeds is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler Team Leader to guide a four-person team and manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients with premium incomes up to £300,000.

You will act as a technical referral point, coach staff, build strong insurer relationships, and collaborate with Account Executives to support client retention, growth and service excellence within a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling commercial insurance within an insurance brokerage.
• Leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
