Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine focused on Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client. The role offers strategic influence, leadership of a growing team and the chance to shape delivery from the ground up.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive governance, manage revenues, and sit on the client steering committee. This role suits a leader ready to scale capabilities and take ownership of critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled solution delivery experience.
• Strong Power Platform experience within a Microsoft partner or consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage team utilisation and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput using AI.
