Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head a newly established delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions for a major enterprise client. This leadership role offers scope to define delivery models and governance from the ground up.

You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee revenue and utilisation, and sit on the client steering committee, shaping how delivery operates at scale. A senior candidate with Microsoft delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in Copilot and AI-enabled delivery.
• Strong Power Platform experience within a Microsoft partner or consultancy.
• Experience managing team utilisation and revenue in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, oversight, adoption and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI consultants and architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput using AI.
