Job summary

Adapt 365 in the UK is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions for a major enterprise client.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team, sit on the client steering committee, and act as the primary escalation point while shaping how delivery runs from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Copilot and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong Power Platform experience
• Experience managing team utilisation and revenue in a Microsoft delivery practice
• Ability to own senior client relationships and act as trusted advisor

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team
• Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects
• Track and improve delivery throughput through the use of AI
