Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine focused on Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client in the UK. The role offers strategic influence, shaping delivery and governance from the ground up, with opportunities to grow as the practice scales its capabilities.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong client relationships, and a track record of delivering Microsoft-based solutions in a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled delivery experience in a Microsoft partner or consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage team utilisation and revenue in a Microsoft delivery practice.
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Experience at lead or architect level to step up.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee scoping, development, training, adoption, change management and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build, lead and develop AI consultants and architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput through the use of AI.
