Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Head of Contract (Technology) to lead our Technology Contract desk at the London HQ. You will shape the desk, coach consultants, and drive strategic business development with key clients.

The role requires a proven track record in 360 recruitment, a hands-on leadership style, and the ambition to grow into a Global Future Leader within Gravitas, supported by our Director Development Programme and international mobility

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a Technology niche).
• Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
• Experience developing consultants at varying levels.
• A hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for coaching others.
• Ambition to grow into one of our Global Future Leaders.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Associate Director to take ownership of an established Technology Contract desk in our London HQ.

This is a genuine leadership role.... ideal for someone who loves developing others, leading by example, and driving business performance.

What You’ll Do
