Job summary

Gravitas is seeking a Senior Data Recruiter for our Leeds office to expand our Data recruitment practice. You will own a specialist desk, build relationships with Data leaders and hiring managers, and partner with both existing clients and new customers across the technology landscape.

You’ll enjoy autonomy, backed by Gravitas’ established technology client network and 16+ years in the market. This role offers a clear path to growth within an international business and a supportive team in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience in Technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
• A strong interest in the Data and Technology market.
• Experience building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• A consultative approach to working with candidates and clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Ambition to continue developing your career within a growing international business.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing a specialist Data recruitment desk across permanent and contract hiring.
• Building relationships with Data leaders, Heads of Data, Data Directors, CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and hiring managers.
• Partnering with both existing Gravitas clients and new customers across the technology landscape.
• Recruiting across areas including: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Architecture, Data Leadership.
• Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing partnerships.
• Becoming a recognised specialist within the Data market.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Technology recruitment to maximise opportunities and share market insights.
• Contributing to a positive, high-performing culture within the Leeds office.

This role offers a unique balance of autonomy and support.
