• Proven experience as a Head of Compliance or senior compliance professional in an FCA-regulated financial services firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UK financial services regulations, particularly FCA rules and guidance.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while ensuring operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SMF16 / 17 Senior Manager Function for the FCA-regulated entity.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure the firm adheres to all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to senior management and business teams on compliance matters.
• Manage regulatory relationships and act as primary contact with the FCA.
