Salary: A GBP 67,313 - A GBP 74,406 per annum (In addition to the base salary, a Recruitment and Retention Allowance (RRA) of A GBP 4,000 per annum is available for holders of Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS))

The Role
They seek an experienced commercial practitioner for a senior leadership role within the DVSA commercial team. This team manages third-party delivery, supporting over 4,000 staff with a contract portfolio valued at A GBP 1,007 million.
This position will enable DVSA to achieve its objectives by ensuring effective, value-for-money delivery of arrangements with third parties, and optimizing commercial partnerships and third-party supplier delivery.
The commercial team operates on a category management model supporting strategic objectives through the entire commercial cycle: pre-procurement/define, procurement, and contract management.
