Job summary

Institute of Grocery Distribution (IGD) is seeking a Head of Client Leadership to oversee a client service team and drive engagement with strategic accounts. You will focus on delivering value, growth opportunities, and strong client relationships at the CEO and senior insight level.

Leading two Commercial Managers, you will shape strategic engagement, renewals, and revenue opportunities while partnering with IGD Consulting and Insight teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Gravitas and strong interest in the Grocery industry.
• Proven commercial background in retail/manufacturer/research space.
• Leadership and coaching skills to develop a customer-facing team.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a portfolio of ~10 key clients and maximise engagement and revenue.
• Drive renewals and upgrades, and identify growth opportunities for IGD services.
• Lead two Commercial Managers, coach teams, and implement best practices.
