Qualifications

• Ten years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Fifteen years' experience in engineering detailed design.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civil and Structural department across locations.
• Provide line management and assist with workload setting.
• Champion OLG culture and values within the department.
• Lead implementation of initiatives and monitor performance.
• Conduct competency assessments of personnel.
