Job summary

LMR Resourcing is seeking a senior Civil/Structural Engineering leader to manage a growing team across Oil & Gas, Petrochem and Renewable Energy projects. You will report to the Engineering Manager and Directors, guiding technical delivery and client engagement on major tenders and site assignments.

The role requires proven leadership, a Civil/Structural degree, and experience in relevant sectors. Chartered status is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Civil and / or Structural Engineering.
Chartered status preferred but not essential.
Must have proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Renewable Energy sectors or similar.
Previous leadership / managerial experience is required.
Knowledge of proprietary software such as Revit, STAAD Pro or Navisworks.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Civil and Structural Engineers across projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochem and Renewable Energy sectors.
Report to Engineering Manager with direct lines to Directors.
Develop and grow the Civil/Structural team and capabilities.
Attend and manage in-house or site-based meetings and reviews.
Act as client interface for key Civil/Structural enquiries and tender support.
Provide technical input to tenders and proposals and assist manpower planning.
Undertake engineering activities and design checks as required, collaborating with other disciplines.
Liaise with Clients to manage needs and expectations; travel to sites as required.
