Job summary

Coastline Housing Ltd in Redruth is seeking a Head of Change to enable the organisation to deliver change effectively, consistently and at pace by providing governance, methodologies, reporting, coordination and the required organisational capability for transformation. You will lead organisational change and transformation programmes within a complex organisation, with strong planning and prioritisation.

Housing association/public sector experience is advantageous. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong governance, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in housing association/public sector or not-for-profit environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, MSP or APM or AI governance and digital transformation is beneficial.
• Basic DBS check is required.

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen within our People, Technology and Transformation team as Head of Change. You will enable Coastline Housing to deliver change effectively, consistently and at pace by providing the governance, methodologies, reporting, coordination and organisational capability required to successfully deliver transformation activity.

You will have experience of leading organisational change, transformation programmes, project management offices or continuous improvement activity in a complex organisation. You have demonstrated excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst maintaining a whole organisation perspective.Some experience with housing association, public sector or not-for-profit environments would be an advantage. Along with formal project or programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP or APM or Artificial intelligence governance, adoption or digital transformation experience are also an advantage.This role requires a satisfactory basic DBS check.
