Job summary

Coastline Housing Ltd in Redruth is seeking a Head of Change to enable the organisation to deliver change effectively, consistently and at pace by providing governance, methodologies, reporting, coordination and the required organisational capability for transformation. You will lead organisational change and transformation programmes within a complex organisation, with strong planning and prioritisation.

Housing association/public sector experience is advantageous. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong governance, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in housing association/public sector or not-for-profit environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, MSP or APM or AI governance and digital transformation is beneficial.
• Basic DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives with governance and reporting.
• Provide governance, methodologies, reporting and coordination to deliver transformation at pace.
• Manage multiple competing priorities with a whole-organisation perspective.
