Job description
The difference you will make

As Head of Campaign Delivery, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns that clients can rely on and teams are proud of. You’ll make sure every campaign is planned, booked and executed brilliantly — on time, on budget and on brief — while building the workflows, tools and habits that help the whole team perform at a consistently high standard.

Your role
  • Lead campaign delivery across broadcast — from planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Be Operationally Excellent: triage, booking, QA, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets and costs, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and clear visibility.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Create Director, Campaign Strategists, Campaign Managers and Sales.
  • Line-manage and develop Campaign Executives — coach, mentor and set the standard.
  • Implement and optimise workflows in Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
  • Monitor performance data to spot trends, fix issues early and scale what works.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and share clear, actionable insights.
  • Use AI tools to speed research, QA, reporting and decision-making.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a wide team without losing quality.
The skills you will bring
  • Proven experience in campaign delivery, operations or media planning within a broadcast environment
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end campaign planning and delivery
  • Confidence managing budgets, costs and performance reporting
  • Strong command of Monday.com, Dynamics CRM and Power BI (or similar)
  • Experience managing and mentoring others; you set clear standards and help people meet them
  • Outstanding communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organisation
  • A continuous improvement mindset — you tighten processes, reduce friction and raise the bar
  • Lead delivery for campaigns that reach millions
  • Shape how our teams work — and make them faster, smarter and more consistent
  • Develop talented people and see your impact in better client outcome.
  • Work in a supportive, ambitious culture that values clarity, fairness and craft
What success looks like in 6 months
  • Consistent SLA performance and hygiene across teams and regions
  • Clear, adopted workflows with fewer handover issues and less rework
  • Reliable budget/cost reporting and stronger post-campaign insights
  • Campaign Executives growing in confidence and capability under your leadership
