Job description

Hybrid – with regular travel to our Leeds office

Permanent, Full-Time

Competitive Salary, Car Allowance, private Health care + Flexible Benefits

Facilities Services runs on its systems – JobLogic, IFS, compliance platforms and the workflow tools our operational teams rely on every day. Ownership of that strategy currently sits with our Head of Transformation, who built the team and the foundations from scratch – but it's time for this to become a dedicated, standalone role, with someone ready to take full ownership and develop it further.

As Head of CAFM Systems, you'll take over ownership of the systems roadmap for Facilities Services, lead our Insight team, and set the direction for how we manage data, optimise processes and drive genuine user adoption. You will report to our Digital Transformation Director, and work closely with Operations, ICT and Transformation to make sure our technology investments actually deliver.

This is a newly created, dedicated leadership role at the heart of a business that's serious about systems transformation – with a genuinely great, hard-working team already in place for you to lead and build on. You'll need to be able to get to our Leeds office regularly (around two days a week), but you don't need to live locally.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Owning and driving the Facilities Services systems strategy and roadmap – covering JobLogic, IFS and future platforms.
  • Leading the Insight team, setting the direction for data management, job logic and system optimisation.
  • Championing user adoption and standardising business processes, cutting out manual workarounds along the way.
  • Prioritising and governing system change requests, working closely with ICT and our technology vendors.
  • Shaping our future systems roadmap – automation, workflow improvement and emerging AI-enabled tools.
  • Acting as the senior voice for systems, feeding into a wider business and digital transformation agenda.

What we're looking for:

An inspiring, credible leader who's genuinely done this before – someone who can point to a system or data migration they've led, a strategy they've set, and the improved accuracy or adoption that followed. We need:

  • A proven track record of leading systems or data migration, setting strategy, and delivering measurable improvements in accuracy and system utilisation.
  • CAFM and data management experience – this is essential.
  • Experience owning operational or enterprise systems, with clear evidence of the business benefits you've delivered.
  • A confident, collaborative leadership style, with the credibility to build strong relationships across Operations, ICT and Transformation.
  • Comfort working in a complex, fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.

We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people. Some of what you can expect includes:

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, with an option to Buy/Sell additional days
  • Pension with a leading provider and employer contribution
  • Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Life Assurance
  • Salary sacrifice car scheme (Hybrid/Electric Vehicle)
  • Free 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Programme to support mental health and wellbeing (including counselling sessions and legal advice)
  • Flexible benefits to choose from, including Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes

Next Steps:
