NG Bailey is seeking a Head of CAFM Systems in Leeds for a hybrid role with regular travel to our Leeds office. You will own the systems strategy for Facilities Services and lead the Insight team to drive data management and system optimisation.
In this senior role you will champion user adoption, standardise business processes and govern change with ICT and vendors. You will report to the Digital Transformation Director and shape the roadmap for automation and AI-enabled tools.
Hybrid – with regular travel to our Leeds office
Permanent, Full-Time
Competitive Salary, Car Allowance, private Health care + Flexible Benefits
Facilities Services runs on its systems – JobLogic, IFS, compliance platforms and the workflow tools our operational teams rely on every day. Ownership of that strategy currently sits with our Head of Transformation, who built the team and the foundations from scratch – but it's time for this to become a dedicated, standalone role, with someone ready to take full ownership and develop it further.
As Head of CAFM Systems, you'll take over ownership of the systems roadmap for Facilities Services, lead our Insight team, and set the direction for how we manage data, optimise processes and drive genuine user adoption. You will report to our Digital Transformation Director, and work closely with Operations, ICT and Transformation to make sure our technology investments actually deliver.
This is a newly created, dedicated leadership role at the heart of a business that's serious about systems transformation – with a genuinely great, hard-working team already in place for you to lead and build on. You'll need to be able to get to our Leeds office regularly (around two days a week), but you don't need to live locally.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
What we're looking for:

We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people. Some of what you can expect includes:
Next Steps:
