With senior-level experience in HR transformation and change management, you will partner across IT, Finance and other functions, track benefits, and define a multi-year transformation roadmap to enable strategic growth.
We're recruiting this exciting and pivotal new Head of People Transformation role, which will be responsible for end-to-end transformation activity across the People Team. In this newly created role, you'll help define how the people function operates and delivers value across the business. You'll be responsible for helping to shape colleague and manager experiences, drive greater efficiency and stability, and ensure that the function is set up with the capabilities, tools and technology to deliver the strategic plan. You'll lead on the evolution of the People operating model, championing new ways of working, harnessing new thinking and adopting new technologies to create a high performing, future proof function that enables business growth and supports a rapidly growing workforce.
